Topics

  • Understand the TCCC principles.
  • Know the principles of Primary Survey in pre-hospital care.
  • Be able to assess an incident for dangers of injuries from road traffic collisions, ballistics and violent assaults and respond appropriately.
  • Be able to assess a Mass Casualty Incident and Triage.
  • Know the TCCC phases: Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, Tactical Evacuation.
  • Know the principles of Casualty’s Transportation / Evacuation.
  • Know the principles required for effective and safe use MARCHE protocol.
  • Be able to recognize and manage a Casualty’s Massive Hemorrhage.
  • Be able to assess and manage a Casualty’s airway, including hand maneuvers and Surgical Interventions.
  • Be able to recognize and manage a Casualty with life threatening Chest Injuries, including Needle Decompression and Chest Seal.
  • Be able to assess and manage a Casualty’s Circulation and perform Fluid Replacement (I.V & I.O).
  • Be able to assess and manage a Casualty’s Hypothermia / Hyperthermia.
  • Be able to assess and manage a Casualty’s trauma: Fractures, Dislocations, Burns, Head Trauma, Abdominal Trauma and Other Injuries.
  • Know how manage Casualty in the dark.
  • Be able to recognize and manage a Casualty witch Environmental Illnesses.
  • Be able to recognize and manage a Casualty witch Nuclear, Biological, Chemical injuries.
  • Be able to prepare a Casualty for Evacuation.

Course info

Intensive 4-day course, with daily ttraining from 8 am tp 10 pm, held by ESA instructors specialised in the course's topics.

The course is aimed at professional individuals, security personnel, participants of CPO courses, members of LE units and all others operating with weapons, especially on a battlefield.

Medical equipment and access to professional emergency care is limited in a battlefield enviroment. The problems on a battlefield are statistically connected with bullet or blast wounds.
